Noisey descended on the Strip with our partners A Beautiful Perspective for the first-ever Emerge Impact + Music fest, bringing dozens of our favorite rising artists and innovators—including Cuco, Vagabon, Cupcakke, War on Women, Twin Shadow, Rhye, Waxahatchee, Madame Gandhi, the Fairytale Ball vogue party, and many, many more—to Sin City for three days of showcases, discussions, art, and, naturally, parties.
