This weekend I Skyped in to the Gender in Music Hackathon hosted at Spotify HQ in NYC! I spoke about my latest project Madame Gandhi, and how we incorporate gender in music by both being the change visually on stage as well as speaking about the world we wish we lived in. I shared products that I currently use like Here and Sensory Percussion, and I also shared with the group my current 3 biggest pain points in case they were able to come up with a hack for any of them later in the day: carrying gear, set up time and mansplaining!
